Join us for a calming Yin Yoga practice focused on deep, passive stretching and chakra-aligned poses. Yin Yoga works with the deeper layers of the body—fascia, joints, and connective tissue—supporting flexibility, circulation, and nervous system regulation.

The class is followed by a Sound Bath meditation, using healing sounds and vibrations to promote deep relaxation, stress relief, and emotional balance.
