Pop-UP CLASS: AQUA BLAST WITH SARAH

PICKLEBALL CLINIC
SUNDAY: DECEMBER 14 @ 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM
In our DRILL programming, you’ll have the opportunity to develop intermediate skills and fundamentals of pickleball in a small group setting. Our instructors will run through ways to improve your skills and technique to take your game to the next level.
This 90-minute session will be split between skill development, practice, and match play with leveled players.

Combines indoor cycling fundamentals with weights and pulsing music that will make you move! Body sculpting sections that will give you a full-body cycle workout. Arrive 5 minutes prior to class to adjust cycle to your preferred settings.

SATURDAY: DECEMBER 20 @ 9:00 AM - 9:50 AM
Strengthen the entire body, focusing on alignment and posture to improve balance, coordination, stability, strength and overall function. Most movements will use bodyweights but also incorporate equipment such as flat resistance bands.
