Chair yoga is a gentle, yet effective practice designed for all ages and mobility levels, especially seniors, individuals recovering from injury, or anyone seeking a more accessible way to stay active and centered.
YOGA FOR STRESS & ANXIETY
APRIL 22ND @ 5:30 PM - 6:15 PM
Class will begin with a calming Pranayama breath-work technique, relaxing the mind away from the worries of the day. As we move into a 50-min gentle yoga sequence emphasizing gentle stretching to encourage your muscles to relax and promote body awareness. Surrender into a state of deep relaxation as your mind and body are guided through a 10-min restorative meditation.
VINYASA FLOW
APRIL 25TH @ 5:30 PM - 6:15 PM
Experience a dynamic Vinyasa flow where breath and movement unite. This mindful practice builds strength, flexibility, and balance, inviting all levels to explore and thrive.
PILATES / YOGA FUSION
APRIL 29TH @ 5:30 PM - 6:15 PM
Deep focus on core work while combining the flow and stretching aspects of yoga. Mind-body strength training will also be incorporated for toning and metabolic enhancement.
