I’m a Marine Corps (Iraq/Afghan) Veteran, a mixed martial artist, and a fitness enthusiast with almost a half decade of rehab and training experience. From personal challenges and experiences to the various obstacles and goals of my clients, I’m confident in my ability to instruct and motivate them on their fitness path. I believe that strength in motion and balance are key essentials of a high quality of life. All walks of life can obtain and benefit from form development and consistent efforts.
