Personal Anecdote
Growing up in a South Asian household, fitness was cardio, staying small, and definitely not lifting heavy weights. I had to unlearn a lot of those beliefs to discover what my body was actually capable of. Building muscle and fueling my body properly completely changed my relationship with myself and challenged a lot of the narratives I grew up hearing. As a trainer, my mission is to help others break through whatever barriers, cultural, mental, or physical, are standing between them and the strongest version of themselves.”

Philosophy
Exercise is one of the best tools you have for changing how you feel every day. Consistent training sharpens your focus, lifts your mood, builds confidence, and gives you energy. I believe fitness should feel empowering, not overwhelming, and that the right program can genuinely change the way you show up for yourself.
