Swedish, deep tissue, clinical, sports and therapeutic massage through various techniques. 

With a range of tools, Jajaida uses a creative approach to meet individual needs. Through continuing educational courses and seminars, she has enhanced her techniques and acquired new ones. She believes proper education and follow-through treatment is the road to optimal health.
